My name is Luke Gilpin, and I’m proud to call Long Beach Island (LBI) home. My family first fell in love with the island through years of summer rentals, and eventually we were fortunate enough to purchase our own home in Harvey Cedars. Living there for several years gave me a deep appreciation for the north end of the island and its close knit community. Today, I’m grateful to call Beach Haven home, where I continue to enjoy everything that makes LBI such a special place to live and work.

In 2022, I graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Real Estate, and began my career with The Van Dyk Group. My education through Monmouth’s Kislak Real Estate Institute provided a strong foundation, and over the years, hands on experience has further strengthened my understanding of the LBI market and the unique factors that shape it.
